With a little motivation, and some creativity you can get in a good workout any where, and any time. You can do a workout in a hotel room that is effective and fast. You do not need a gym full of equipment to do it either. It is nutty to think that you need to have a gym in order to get in some good exercise.
It is not necessary to be working out too long either. There is always time to hit the floor and super set push ups, with sit ups. If you travel a lot for your job, or what ever reason bring along a door way pull up bar. You can get one at your local walmart or sporting goods store. They are cheap, and you can do great workouts with them too.
You do not need nautilus machines, and a bunch of other fancy workout machines. Have you ever used isometrics in your training program? If you have never used them, or even heard of them it is time that you get acquainted with them because they are awesome. Isometrics are basically an exercise method where you push, or pull an object that you can not move. You use maximum effort, and you hold it for a set amount of time. Take a short break, and then repeat. This is a good way that you can build strength, and get a workout in with your own body weight. All you need is a door way, and you can get a gym quality workout.
